Terms of Service — Sabrly Matchmaking

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sabrly Matchmaking ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You will use the Platform solely for the purpose of seeking a lawful Islamic marriage.
You are not prohibited from using the Platform by any applicable law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any purpose other than seeking a lawful Islamic marriage.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited messages outside of the Platform's match request system.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. We offer Monthly, 6-Month, and Lifetime plans. Monthly plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. The 6-Month plan is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for permanent access. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds beyond the 7-day window.

7. Content & Profiles

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Sabrly a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that all profiles are authentic, or that the Platform will be available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabrly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
